Sunekos treatment London: Sunekos® is a treatment from an Italian company that has done a lot of research into the optimum way of stimulating your skin cells (fibroblasts) – using a suitable combination of hyaluronic acid and specific amino acids they believe they have found the answer.
Sunekos London is a cosmetic injectable treatment, which like the dermal fillers we use contains hyaluronic acid. What makes Sunekos special is the patented formula of amino acids, which is added alongside the hyaluronic acid to create the injected product.
Sunekos has potent mix of amino acids which includes glycine, L-proline, L-leucine, L-lysine HCI, L-valine and L-alanine help to regenerate the Extra Cellular Matrix (ECM) – the building blocks which help to make the wall – by stimulating fibroblasts, or skin cells, to produce new collagen and elastin, repairing and rebuilding skin.

You will start to notice the effects of treatment after a week or so as skin begins to rejuvenate. As this treatment stimulates your skin’s natural collagen production process, it may take a week or so before results become visible on the surface of the skin.

SUNEKOS LONDON TREATMENT AFTERCARE
There is minimal downtime but we advise this aftercare:
Immediately after treatment, it is likely there will be some redness, swelling, tenderness and perhaps an itching sensation in the treated area. This is a normal result of the injections. These symptoms are temporary and generally disappear within a few days.
Avoid touching the treated area within 6 hours following treatment. After that, light makeup can be applied and the area can be gently washed with a gentle facial cleanser and water.
If you get any bruising, apply an ice pack and arnica cream.
Do not massage or manipulate the treated area.
If you bruise easily, you may want to take arnica tablets for 1 day before the procedure and for 5 days afterwards
Stay hydrated.
Until the initial swelling and redness has resolved, do not expose the treated area to intense heat (e.g. solarium and sunbathing) or extreme cold.
If you are using aspirin or any similar medication, be aware that these may increase the risk of bruising at the injection site.
Do not consume excessive alcohol for 24 hours prior to treatment and 24 hours after treatment.
Avoid swimming for 48 hours
Avoid sports and physical exertion for three days
Avoid further cosmetic treatments for at least 14 days
An SPF must be applied to the skin daily to prevent further sun damage to the skin. We recommend using a medical sun protection product.
